What Jasny Means to Me
During the pandemic, I found myself searching for a way to create a passive income and was at a loss for where to begin. As I brainstormed and explored options online, I came across Print-On-Demand. It was a challenging journey with a steep learning curve. I taught myself graphic design, set up my store, and navigated everything involved in creating products to sell. Along the way, I also decided on the perfect store name and the niche that would inspire my products.
I wanted my products to lift people’s spirits by incorporating positive messages, humor, visuals, seriousness, and edifying words. Not only for those who purchase items but also for anyone who reads the messages or sees the themes of my designs and can be uplifted. Whether it’s a coffee mug, shower curtain, or grocery bag, my hope is that the messages will brighten someone’s day, and their homes.
The Name Jasny
From the beginning, I knew I wanted to include positive messages in my products. Whether inspired by God, quotes or beautiful visuals, my goal was to bring light into the world through my creations.
So when it came time for naming the store, I searched for a name that reflected this vision. I looked for a words and names that meant “bright,” or “light.” Knowing that Christ is the light of my salvation, I wanted a name that would reflect that light.
That’s when I discovered JASNY: a name of Polish origin that perfectly embodies brightness, light, and illumination.
